Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for paid subscriptions under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Service unavailability exceeding 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Partial billing periods after cancellation
  • Dissatisfaction with trend data accuracy, because trend data is provided "as-is" for informational purposes
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal charge
  • Account suspension or termination caused by violation of our Terms of Service

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no further renewal charges will be made.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact support@toptrending.now within the eligible period
  2. Include your account email, subscription plan, and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review the request and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days

Refunds are returned to the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.
