Important Disclaimer

All trend data and insights are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of trend data
  • Timeliness of information
  • Suitability for any particular purpose
  • Business outcomes or results

Users are responsible for conducting their own research and due diligence before making business decisions based on our insights.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 16 years of age

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

  • After expiration, your account reverts to the Free plan

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for:

  • Dissatisfaction with trend data accuracy (data is provided "as-is")
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Violation of Terms resulting in account termination

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  3. We will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Circumvent Limits: Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit systems, or access controls
  • Share Accounts: Allow unauthorized users to access your account

Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination
  • Forfeiture of remaining subscription period without refund
  • Legal action if necessary

Your Rights
